  • Do I have to be a Transitioning Servicemember, Veteran/First Responder, or Military/First-Responder Spouse to place interest in employment?
    No, if you know someone seeking interest in the financial services industry, please reach out and we will do our best to facilitate their request.
  • Do you offer individual Career Skills Internships?
    Yes! At this time, we are approved nationwide as a DOD SkillBridge. This will not hold up your involvement with a individual Career Skills Internship. We can assist you in filling out that documentation.
  • I am not in Kentucky or Tennessee. Is that a problem?
    No, we offer individual Career Skills Internships. I suggest reaching out to your local CSP office for any amplifying information, but please contact us.
  • Am I guaranteed a spot in the DOD SkillsBridge Program?
    No, you are not. There will be a pre-screening process, but that is why we have a very detailed Contact Us form on our home page. Please make sure you read through all the FAQ’s and contact your CSP office for timeline constraints. Again, this is an 8-week course.
  • Do I have to pay for a license?
    For the personnel in the DOD SkillsBridge or an individual Career Skills Internship, you will not be required to pay for the license. For anyone seeking out standard employment placement into the financial industry, yes you will be required to pay for the license.
  • Is there a background check involved?
    Yes.
  • How far out from terminal leave, ETS, or my official retirement date do I need to be from applying for the CSP?
    Typically, that date is no early than (NET) 180 days sooner than those events listed above. Please contact your local CSP office.
  • Is the DOD SkillsBridge or individual Career SkillsBridge Internship remote?
    Yes
  • Is the job remote? Will I be required to come to an office?
    Yes, the job is remote, however you will be offered several opportunities for team building and advancement training with your team.
  • Do you offer part-time or just full-time?
    Both.
  • Will my experience in the military or as a First-Responder help leverage my career in the financial industry?
    Both roles inherently carry leadership and self-driven attributes and qualities. This industry is something that requires both and frankly needs leaders to help shape the future and legacies we will leave behind.
